IndoorCycling: I wanted to share with you my different experiences for my indoor cycling adventure. I am just a normal roadbiker, nothing special...doing around 250 Hours per year on my Wilier Roadbike or Bianchi MTB. In the Dutch Winter (November - March) I do most rides on my indoor trainer (TACX Flux) and sometimes go out on my MTB.
